When you contact Sam Medspa through Facebook Messenger or Instagram, we may collect and process your name or username, platform account identifier, message content, conversation dates and times, contact information, service interests, appointment preferences, prior-client status, advertisement or post referral context and other information you voluntarily provide.

We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide general information about our services, assist with appointment requests, maintain conversation history, refer a conversation to authorized staff and protect the security and reliability of our messaging service.

Our messaging service uses automated technology. OpenAI may process message content to help classify inquiries and generate proposed responses. Cloudflare provides application infrastructure, message routing, operational storage and security services. SiteGround hosts the private WordPress administration interface that connects authorized staff to the messaging service. Meta operates Facebook Messenger and Instagram and processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. Authorized Sam Medspa personnel may review messages when human assistance, follow-up or quality control is required.

Automated responses provide general information only and are not medical diagnoses or medical advice. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, medical records or information that is not necessary for your inquiry.

Operational data held by the messaging assistant is scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Limited security records may be retained when reasonably necessary to prevent delayed message reprocessing, comply with law, prevent fraud or resolve disputes. Information separately transferred to an appointment or clinical record is governed by the retention requirements applicable to that record. When information is no longer required, it is deleted or de-identified using appropriate safeguards.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information controlled by Sam Medspa by emailing [email protected]. A request to Sam Medspa does not automatically delete conversations or account information retained independently by Meta.
