These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Sam Medspa website, Facebook and Instagram messaging channels, and any automated or artificial-intelligence-assisted messaging service we provide.

In these Terms, “Sam Medspa,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to 2470381 ONTARIO INC., operating as Sam Medspa.

By using our website or messaging services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

General information only

Information provided through our website, social-media accounts and messaging assistant is for general informational and administrative purposes only. It is not a medical diagnosis, medical advice, treatment recommendation or substitute for an assessment by a qualified healthcare professional.

Treatment suitability, expected results, risks, recovery, pricing and the services appropriate for you can only be determined after an appropriate consultation with a qualified provider. Individual results may vary.

AI-assisted messaging

Our Facebook and Instagram messaging services may use an artificial-intelligence assistant to provide general information, answer common questions, collect appointment preferences and route conversations to our team.

Automated responses may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. A response from the assistant does not confirm treatment eligibility, establish a clinical relationship or replace professional judgment. A member of the Sam Medspa team may review or take over a conversation when human assistance is required.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, medical records or other information that is unnecessary for your inquiry.

Appointments, pricing and promotions

Submitting an appointment request does not create or confirm an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when Sam Medspa provides express confirmation through an authorized communication channel.

Appointment availability, clinic hours, providers, services, prices, promotions and eligibility requirements may change. Information displayed online or supplied by the messaging assistant is subject to confirmation by our team. Promotions may be subject to separate conditions, expiry dates and eligibility restrictions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the website or messaging services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful purposes
• Impersonate another person or provide information you are not authorized to provide
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another person’s information
• Introduce malware, interfere with service operation or attempt to bypass security controls
• Scrape, copy or use automated means to extract content or data without authorization
• Send threatening, harassing, discriminatory or otherwise abusive communications
• Use our content, name or branding in a misleading manner

We may restrict or discontinue access when reasonably necessary to protect patients, personnel, systems, legal rights or service integrity.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, page design and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Sam Medspa and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license or create derivative works from it without prior written permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party platforms and service providers

Our services may link to or operate through third-party platforms and service providers, including Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, OpenAI for AI-assisted message processing, Cloudflare for application infrastructure and security, and SiteGround for website hosting and the private administration interface.

Your use of a third-party platform is also governed by that provider’s terms and privacy practices. We do not control the availability, security, content or independent data practices of third-party platforms. A link to or integration with a third-party service does not constitute an endorsement of all content or services offered by that provider.

Privacy and data deletion

Our collection, use and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

Instructions for requesting deletion of messaging information controlled by Sam Medspa are available on our Data Deletion Instructions page.

Deleting information from systems controlled by Sam Medspa does not necessarily delete messages, account information or other data retained independently by Facebook, Instagram or another third-party platform.

Website and service availability

We work to keep our website and messaging services useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, immediate responses or freedom from errors. We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of these services when reasonably necessary.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sam Medspa is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website or automated messaging information, service interruptions, or third-party platforms outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and these Terms do not alter obligations applying to professional services delivered by Sam Medspa providers.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms when our services, practices or legal obligations change. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, subject to any mandatory rights or protections available under applicable law.
